Data Recovery Scenarios |
The following are the 4 types of data recovery scenarios we've been working on for the last 10 years. In some cases the scenarios interpolate and in others the line becomes very thin, so if yours is not 100% on #1 or #2 don't worry we always do our best to get your data back, and we're pretty goot at it. Data Recovery Scenario #1 Say the computer crashed due to a virus attach or simply a software failure but the hard drive is running, the BIOS sees the drive, but the data is not accessible by your operating system. Typically the computer can't boot all the way up or keeps rebooting. We can gain access to your data at low level and recover it. We have a 100% success rate in this scenario. The turnaround time is aproximately 1-3 days, maybe more since every data recovery is different. Rush data recovery is available in this scenario, additional charges apply. Data Recovery Scenario #2 The hard drive is in working condition, the BIOS sees it, but the data is neither accessible nor available. Happens after data deletion, hard drive repartition, and hard drive reformatting. We can gain access to your data at low level and recover it. We have a 95% success rate in this scenario. The turnaround time is aproximately 1-5 days, maybe more since every data recovery is different. Rush data recovery is available in this scenario, additional charges apply. PLEASE NOTE: Data Recovery Scenario #3 The hard drive is spinning, the BIOS however doesn't see it, and the data is completely out of reach. Usually happens when the PCB controller gets damaged. We can get your data back with the help of our specialized equipment. We have an 85% success rate in this scenario. The turnaround time is aproximately 1-2 weeks, maybe more since every data recovery is different. Rush data recovery is available in this scenario, additional charges apply. Data Recovery Scenario #4 The hard drive is not spinning, making noises, or is simply broken and some of the previous scenarios might apply at different levels. Typically the hard drive has sostained physical damage, either the rotor or the PCB or any other moving part. In this case the hard drive has to be taken apart and the data be recovered directly from the platters. We have a 77% success rate in this scenario. The turnaround time is aproximately 2-3 weeks, maybe more since every data recovery is different. Rush data recovery is available in this scenario, additional charges apply. COMPUTER REPAIR SERVICE |
